ARTICULATED ROBOTIC HAND
This project explores the design of a multi-fingered mechanical hand focused on progressive articulation and functional integration. While the thumb and palm compartment are still being refined to achieve fuller grip capability and accommodate the full set of servo motors, the wrist housing has already been engineered to integrate a voice module, backup button interface, voltage regulation, battery compartment, and microcontroller development board. The current prototype design demonstrates a working foundation for kinematic motion and onboard electronics, highlighting an iterative approach to complex electro-mechanical systems. It reflects Kri8 Studio’s process of refining functional prototypes through successive design improvements.
